Who is the terrorist?
Jihadist Attacks Rose Ninefold Between 2007 and 2013 This figure shows the number of attacks per year by al Qaeda and affiliates. In the Middle East and North Africa, jihadist attacks rose ninefold between 2007 and 2013. ISIS is proving difficult to dislodge. The Taliban in Afghanistan are mounting large-scale, coordinated attacks.
